Synopsis: Vivah is all about the journey of a couple, deeply in love with each other, from engagement to wedding. Poonam (Amrita Rao) a simple homely girl, gets engaged to a rich business man's son Prem (Shahid Kapoor). Poonam being an orphan is taken care by her uncle and aunt, Krishna Kant (Alok Nath) and Rama (Seema Biswas). Since Poonam is beautiful and fair than her own daughter Rajni (Amrita Prakashan), Rama is always jealous of Poonam and dislikes her. But Poonam's only wish was to get love from her aunt whom she treated more than a mother. Prem who was initially not very interested in getting married, as he wanted to concentrate on his career, agrees for the marriage after meeting Poonam and falls in love with her from the first meeting itself. Their marriage date is fixed after six months and in this duration continous meetings of both the families give a chance to both, Prem and Poonam, to have a blissful time. During this period itself, Prem gets an opportunity to focus on his career and go to foreign country for the same. Both the families gets busy in marrige preparations, once Prem returns to India. As the celebrations are going on, Rama gets angry on Krishna Kant as he is spending lavishly on Poonam's wedding, and fears that no money will be left for their own daughter Rajni's marriage. Because of which, she acts coldly with Poonam and stays away from the wedding preparations. One night before the wedding, fire breaks out in their house. Poonam manages to escape but soon realises that her beloved sister Rajni is still in the burning house. Poonam risks her life to save Rajni and gets badly burnt. At this turn of life, Prem still wants to marry her and expresses his love for her. In the hospital itself the initial rituals of the marriage are performed and both the families are happy. Rama also understands Poonam's affection for her and takes her home, just to perform Prem and Poonam's wedding traditionally.

Jeeva (Bobby Deol) is from a struggling family. He falls in love with Kiran (Malaika Arora Khan). Due to their differences in social class, Kiran's father does not approve of their relationship. To punish Jeeva, Kiran's father frames his mother (Farida Jalal) and two sisters for prostitution and bribes the police into arresting them, which leads to the three of them committing suicide. Kiran also kills herself, ashamed of what her father has done. Jeeva seeks revenge by killing Kiran's father.

He later becomes one of India's most dangerous assassins. He lives in a small apartment next to the Bali family. The father (Mohan Joshi) works for a corrupt police officer named Devraj Khatri (Ashish Vidyarthi), who works in the drug trade. Kiran Bali (Rani Mukherji) is the youngest daughter of the family and strongly dislikes them. She tries to befriend Jeeva many times, but he is too engrossed in his killing to have any time for her. One day, Kiran is in Jeeva's apartment delivering milk to him. Whilst she is there, Devraj Khatri comes to Bali's apartment and brutally kills them all — Kiran is the only one to survive as she was in Jeeva's apartment. Jeeva soon finds himself taking Kiran under his wing, and so he trains her in handling weapons to get revenge against the men who had brutally murdered her family.

Vidya (Moushumi Chatterjee) and Raju (Raju Shrestha) live in poverty. They get separated due to certain circumstances. Vidya starts working at Anand's (Jeetendra) house as a maid. Raju is forced to beg for a local gang. While Vidya is attending to her chores, the alcoholic, Anand, tries to molest her. Synopsis:

Synopsis: Hasmukh Rai (Kader Khan) has two problems, his two sons: Munnu (Chunky Pandey) and Bunnu (Govinda Ahuja). The duo are notorious slackers and involved in elaborate practical jokes. It comes to Hasmukh's attention that his sons have been lying to him about their college grades, in studies and sports and have not been attending school for the last three years. As a result, they are kicked out of college and, ultimately, their home. Later, one of their practical jokes gets out of hand, and Bunnu disappears, presumed dead. At the same time, Munnu gets involved with a conspiracy of killing Bunnu. Meanwhile, from a small Indian village, Bunnu's identical cousin, Gauri Shankar, arrives in town. He is mistaken for Bunnu which leads to a hilarious misunderstandings and constant uproar.

It's a sunny day in Agra. People are getting ready to head off to work while tourists are lining up at the Taj mahal. But outside Taj Mahal, the atmosphere is different.

Tukaram Marathe, his wife Sundari and their daughter have laid claim to the land on which Taj Mahal stands. Tukaram says the land belonged to his ancestors and demands it back. His claim is relayed by the media and this puts the authorities in action. The jail minister Visarjan Yadav is sent to sort things out but he ends up making matters worse. Tukaram and Sundari refuse to back down and sit on a hunger strike on the Yamuna plains.

Repeated attempts from Yadav and the Chief Minister yield no results and the case goes to court. Here, Tukaram is asked to present proof of his claim. He presents letters from Emperors Humayun and Akbar addressed to his ancestors and after testing, it appears that the letters are authentic. Till the matter is in court, Tukaram asks for the Taj Mahal to be shut down for tourists.

After much deliberation, Tukaram and Sundari strike a deal with the government. They ask to be given land elsewhere in the country for farming. This demand is granted but the problem doesn't end there. The land they randomly select, belongs to a big industrialist who is not willing to let go off it. Unable to arm-twist the government, the industrialist hires a killer to finish Tukaram

Angar Chand (Amrish Puri) lives a wealthy lifestyle in a small town in India. Watch what happens when Anjali's marriage is finalized with Laxmi's advocate's son (Manoj Joshi), while Kashinath (Shakti Kapoor) and Surajbhan (Akhilendra Mishra) approach Angar Chand to help them stop Jai from disrupting this marriage on one hand, while Laxmi tells Jai to marry Anjali - setting off a deadly confrontations between the estranged sons and father.
